RESERVERINGSVOORWAARDEN

Als uw reservering geen doorgang kan vinden, kunt u annuleren tot 24.00 uur voor de dag van aankomst.

Elke reservering die niet doorgaat en niet wordt geannuleerd of te laat wordt geannuleerd , zal worden gefactureerd tegen de prijs die gelijk is aan de prijs van de eerste nacht. Voor groepsreserveringen kan een ander annuleringsbeleid gelden. Het hotel neemt in dat geval binnen 24 uur contact met u op.

Indien u een NIET GERESTITUEERDE kamer of arrangement heeft geboekt, zijn de volgende voorwaarden van toepassing
Uw creditcardgegevens zijn nodig om in aanmerking te komen voor deze actie. Na het boeken kan geen wijziging of annulering worden gemaakt. Bij het boeken accepteert u dat de volledige prijs van het verblijf in rekening wordt gebracht, dit bedrag wordt niet gerestitueerd in geval van annulering of wijziging van de verblijfsdata.

If your reservation cannot take place, you may cancel up to 24:00 (midnight) the day before arrival.

Any reservation that is not honored and not cancelled, or cancelled too late, will be charged the price of the first night. A different cancellation policy may apply for group reservations. In that case, the hotel will contact you within 24 hours.

If you have booked a NON-REFUNDABLE room or package, the following terms apply:
Your credit card details are required to qualify for this offer. After booking, no changes or cancellations can be made. By booking, you agree that the full price of the stay will be charged. This amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation or changes to the dates of stay.

Falls Ihre Reservierung nicht stattfinden kann, können Sie bis spätestens 24:00 Uhr am Vortag der Anreise stornieren.

Jede Reservierung, die nicht wahrgenommen und nicht oder zu spät storniert wird, wird mit dem Preis der ersten Nacht berechnet. Für Gruppenreservierungen können abweichende Stornierungsbedingungen gelten. In diesem Fall wird sich das Hotel innerhalb von 24 Stunden mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen.

Wenn Sie ein NICHT ERSTATTUNGSFÄHIGES Zimmer oder Arrangement gebucht haben, gelten die folgenden Bedingungen:
Für dieses Angebot sind Ihre Kreditkartendaten erforderlich. Nach der Buchung sind keine Änderungen oder Stornierungen mehr möglich. Mit der Buchung akzeptieren Sie, dass der volle Preis des Aufenthalts berechnet wird. Dieser Betrag wird im Falle einer Stornierung oder Änderung der Aufenthaltsdaten nicht erstattet.

Terms and Conditions for Room Bookings
When a reservation for hotel accommodation only, with or without breakfast, has been made for more than 6 rooms, the following cancellation policy applies:

a. For cancellations more than 1 month before the arrival date, the guest is not required to pay any amount to the hotel.
b. For cancellations more than 14 days before the arrival date, the guest is required to pay 15% of the reservation value to the hotel.
c. For cancellations more than 7 days before the arrival date, the guest is required to pay 35% of the reservation value to the hotel.
d. For cancellations more than 3 days before the arrival date, the guest is required to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel.
e. For cancellations more than 24 hours before the arrival date, the guest is required to pay 85% of the reservation value to the hotel.
f. For cancellations 24 hours or less before the arrival date, the guest is required to pay 100% of the reservation value to the hotel.

It is prohibited to:
Use emergency exits as regular entrances or exits.
Remove hotel property from the building. In case of intentional damage to the property of Mijn Torpedoloods and/or Hotel Amerika, you may be held liable for repair and/or replacement costs.
Consume, use, trade, or possess narcotics.
Use or bring nitrous oxide during your stay at our hotel. If nitrous oxide is found in your room, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
Cause nuisance to others, for example by loud music, improper behavior, or any kind of noise.
Rent a room in your name without staying in the room yourself.
Stay in the room with more people than the permitted number.
Receive guests in the room for paid sexual activities.
Smoke in the room. If we detect smoking in the room, we will charge a €150 cleaning fee. If the fire alarm is triggered by smoking, the call-out fee of the fire brigade of €275 will be charged to you.
Bring pets into the hotel rooms.
Spread confetti in your hotel room. If we find this, we will charge €150 cleaning costs.
Leave your room excessively dirty. With normal use, there may only be a few crumbs, small scraps, or a piece of paper on the floor. In all cases that exceed normal use, we will charge €150 cleaning costs.
Extend your stay on your own initiative. If you wish to extend, this is possible in consultation with our reception and at the applicable rate. Check-out must take place before 11:00 AM. For every half hour you remain longer in the room, we will charge €25.
